Fall program registration begins at 7 a.m. on Tuesday, August 19 for swimming programs, and Thursday, August 21 for all other programs.

Yoga Through the Chakras

Balance and heal the chakras, the body's energy centres! Become familiar with your inner self as you are immersed in the colours, sounds, mantras, mudras and meditations of each yoga practice. Yoga styles include Hatha, Flow, YIN, ending with Savasana to reduce stress and tension.
