Fall program registration begins at 7 a.m. on Tuesday, August 19 for swimming programs, and Thursday, August 21 for all other programs.

This yoga-inspired strength and flexibility workout targets your upper body, lower body, and core with flowing, functional movement patterns using dumbbells, tubing, TRX*, and more. Each week we'll progress to help you uncover the intensity and range of motion suitable for your body and wellbeing.
