Spring and summer camp programs are available for advance viewing starting March 4, 2025. Registration begins at 7 a.m. on Tuesday, March 18 for swimming, and Thursday, March 20 for all other programs.

Week 3 (July 14-18)

ART Maker (6Y-8Y) / (9Y-12Y)


Join us for summer days filled with imagination and a healthy dose of creativity. Craft charming artworks at Smeltzer House, sketch in the gardens, and build marvelous creations at Clay Hut. Let’s try different mediums and bounce indoors to outdoors while making art together. Please wear comfortable clothing that you do not mind getting messy and wear closed-toe shoes to class. All supplies are included. Clay projects will be ready for pick up after the firing is complete.

Creative GLASS (9Y-14Y) Half Day


Join us at Studio One to explore your creativity in the fused layers of glass. Sketch ideas, plan designs and learn how to work with glass to create stunning artworks. This half-day camp includes breaks and short walks in our beautiful gardens. All supplies are included. Please wear comfortable clothing that you do not mind getting messy and wear closed-toe shoes to class. Glass projects will be ready for pick up after the firing is complete.

Wild Crafts and Métis Arts (9Y-12Y)


Passionate about nature and art? Join Wild Crafts for a hands-on, culturally rich experience! Spend three days outdoors at the Strathcona Wilderness Centre and two days at Gallery@501, exploring the connection between nature and Métis art. Campers will take part in nature walks, games, and nature-inspired crafts, deepening their appreciation for the land. Campers come together as earth guardians through artistic and traditional Métis practices, including beadwork. This camp is provided in partnership with Métis Knowledge Keepers. All supplies are included. Busing from the Sherwood Park Arena to the Strathcona Wilderness Centre will be provided on Mon-Wed-Fri. All supplies are included.
