Follow your passions at Gallery@501's open-studio class for adults with developmental disabilities. These classes encourage you to bring your ideas and explore your artistic vision. Our experienced art educators provide guidance as you experiment with a variety of mediums, including acrylic paint, watercolors, pastels, pencil crayons, charcoal, and more. Whether you choose a single class or sign up for the full series, all supplies are included.

Join us as we learn to craft unique projects in a beginner-friendly environment. All necessary materials will be supplied.

The Art Lovers Book Club (18Y+)


Enjoy an afternoon talking about books and making art! Spend the first hour discussing a novel with the library staff, then head to the Gallery@501 Art Studio to create your own artwork inspired by what you’ve read. No experience necessary. Offered in partnership with Strathcona County Library and Gallery@ 501.
