This 45-minute interval class will ignite your metabolism, torch calories, and push your limits through 20 seconds of high-intensity followed by 10 seconds of rest. Our instructor will guide you through a diverse workout of bodyweight exercises and equipment drills to unleash your potential! Suitable for all fitness levels.
