Virtual - Stability Yoga

A gentle yoga practice that integrates the assistance of a chair for seated and standing poses, to increase flexibility, strength and body awareness. This is a live class held virtually through Zoom, you will receive an email from with the class link a minimum of 1 hour before class, if you . Participants are encouraged to have a mat and sturdy chair. This class is included with an Active Pass Plus membership.
