FREE Mindful Strength

We hope to get you inspired and excited to come to a fitness class that you have not tried before during our Sneak Peek Week. This yoga-inspired strength and flexibility workout targets your upper body, lower body, and core with flowing, functional movement patterns using dumbbells, tubing, TRX*, and more. Each week we'll progress to help you uncover the intensity and range of motion suitable for your body and wellbeing.
