Track Attack Dryland Training (14Y+)

Join us each Thursday for this weekly dryland training program for Track Attack (Learn to Train) and Track Attack Extreme (Train to Train) participants aged 9-16 years. This weekly dryland training program will focus on building fitness for cross country skiing through running and agility plus core strength exercises. This program will be coached by certified NCCP coaches. Michael Neary, head coach, is a Level IV certified coach.

Alberta Health and Strathcona County Covid-19 protocols will be followed including maintaining at least 2 metres between participants and coaches, as well as a small verbal questionnaire of each participant on how they feel before each session.

Plan to arrive in appropriate running clothing and shoes. Be prepared to meet and train outside. Please supply your own water bottle or two, snacks, insect repellant, sun screen and personal size bottle of hand sanitizer. The grass trails at the Centre may be wet: bring a change of shoes to wear home.
