This once a week dryland cross country ski program is for youth who are keen on improving their skiing (classic & skating) and fitness. The program will continue in the development of overall fitness and ski specific skills while training in a dynamic team environment. This program for all young skiiers to develop their technical skills while training in a fun, supportive and positive environment.
twice a week cross country ski training option and will provide more individualized training sessions in preparation for competitive events, Local loppets and AB Cups are a key goal for this stage of athlete development. Track Attack is a great opportunity for athletes of all sports to cross-train.
