Next Step Pass

Accessible, low-impact, low-intensity, and suitable classes for the needs of participants who may not feel ready for traditional fitness programming! All classes are led by a certified fitness instructor promoting active living, welcoming all ability levels and tailored to the varying needs in the class.

The Next Step pass is $60 and valid for 30 days after the purchase date. This pass includes access to the following classes: Next Step Individual, Deep Aqua, Shallow Aqua, Pole Walking and Strength, Boxing Circuit, Stability Yoga, and Stability Yoga - Virtual.
