Shallow Water Aqua-Fitness

Exercising in the water will improve cardiovascular fitness, musclar strength and endurance. Aqua-fitness provides a reduced impact exercise alternative that is easy on the joints while the water's resistance will create a challenging workout perfect for all fitness levels. Reminder: Arrive prepared for class a maximum of 10 minutes before the start of your class and please leave immediately afterwards. A 3-metre separation will be required and maintained throughout the class between all participants including the instructor. Masks are not to be worn in the pool, but are required when entering and exiting the building. There will be no access to the hot tub, steam room or sauna.
