Virtual - Family Yoga (6Y+)

Relax as a family through stretches, mindfulness, and breathing exercises. No yoga experience needed! This is a live class held virtually through Microsoft Teams, you will receive an email with the class link a minimum of 1 hour before class. Participants are encouraged to have a mat, yoga block and a yoga strap, although not required.
