FREE Kung Fu

We hope to get you inspired and excited to come to a fitness class that you have not tried before during our Sneak Peek Week. This class emphasizes overall health and fitness through the development of controlled movements and sequences to promote the circulation of Chi energy and foster physical and mental well being. Each session will consist of a warmup, practice of basic movements, and training adjusted to level and progression.
