Virtual - Barre Burn

This class incorporates elements of pilates and ballet to shape and define your body with the help of a barre and light resistance. You'll get a full-body, high energy workout that will have you feeling the burn. This is a live class held virtually through Microsoft Teams, you will receive an email with the class link a minimum of 1 hour before class. Participants are encouraged to have a mat, set of weights and a resistance loop, although not required.
